Patrick J. Smith is an officer of Mahoney, Ulbrich, Christiansen & Russ, P.A. Mr. Smith specializes in tax and accounting primarily in the real estate, syndication and development area. Mr. Smith coordinates financial projections and forecasts, tax research and assistance, deal structuring and implementation, financial statements and return preparation. He supervises and reviews tax staff in providing these services to meet client needs.
Mr. Smith's experience includes four years in the Tax Department of an international accounting firm and includes services for a variety of businesses and individuals. His emphasis and current concentration is in the areas of ongoing tax planning, real estate syndication and development. He performs short-term and long-term tax planning on an ongoing basis for a variety of clients. He has worked extensively in the area of real estate and individual tax planning.
Mr. Smith holds a BA degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. His continuing professional education includes Masters of Business Taxation degree courses at the University of Minnesota.
